This toy store has a modest selection compared to some but in my opinion it is by design and definitely a feature. They basically run this store the way we would. They test every product. They have information on how to use each product. They even have quick time videos that show many of the products in use and explain the features of each one. The shopping cart is easy to use and ordering is secure. They have a clear and thorough privacy policy and shipping information. I had trouble finding the return policy, but customer service is available through email, toll free number and snail mail. They also include plenty of text information in the form of advice columns about sex, love and toy care.
